Hadith 6:562
'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn 'Amr, from Abu Salamah, who said: 'Abdullah ibn Salam said: The prayer over the funeral is to say: "O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, our young and our old, our male and our female, and those of us who are present and those who are absent. O Allah, whoever among them You take in death, take him in death upon faith, and whoever among them You keep alive, keep him alive upon Islam."
حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن محمد بن عمرو عن أبي سلمة قال قال عبد الله بن سلام الصلاة على الجنازة أن يقول اللهم اغفر لحينا وميتنا وصغيرنا وكبيرنا وذكرنا وأنثانا وشاهدنا وغائبنا اللهم من توفيته منهم فتوفه على الإيمان ومن أبقيته منهم فأبقه على الإسلام
