Hadith 6:565
Abu Usama narrated to us, from Ubaydullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar, that he used to say regarding the funeral prayer when he prayed over it: "O Allah, bless him, pray upon him, forgive him, and bring him to the cistern of Your Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." He said: "He stood for a long time and spoke a great deal, of which I did not understand anything other than this."
حدثنا أبو أسامة عن عبيد الله عن نافع عن بن عمر أنه كان يقول في الجنازة إذا صلى عليها اللهم بارك فيه وصل عليه واغفر له وأورده حوض رسولك صلى الله عليه وسلم قال في قيام كثير وكلام كثير لم أفهم منه غير هذا
