Hadith 6:568
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) did not permit for us, nor did Abu Bakr, nor did Umar, anything regarding the prayer over the deceased.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا حفص بن غياث عن حجاج عن أبي الزبير عن جابر قال ما أباح ( ( ( باح ) ) ) لنا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا أبو بكر ولا عمر في الصلاة على الميت شيء ( ( ( شيئا ) ) )
