Hadith 6:616
Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Abu Ma‘bad, from Ibn ‘Abbas, that he used to gather the people with "Al-Hamd" (Surah Al-Fatiha) and say the Takbir over the funeral prayer.
حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن عمرو عن أبي معبد عن بن عباس أنه كان يجمع الناس بالحمد ويكبر على الجنازة
