Hadith 6:617
Hashim narrated to us, from Uthman ibn Hakim, he said: Kharijah ibn Zayd narrated to us, from his paternal uncle Yazid ibn Thabit, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) prayed over the grave of a woman and performed four takbirs.
