Hadith 6:647
Hussain bin Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from Abdullah bin Yazid, who said: Ibrahim said: The companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) differed regarding the takbir over the funeral prayer, then they later agreed upon four takbirs.
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن زائدة عن عبد الله بن يزيد قال قال إبراهيم اختلف أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في التكبير على الجنازة ثم اتفقوا بعد على أربع تكبيرات
