Hadith 6:67
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn al-Walid, he said: al-Nadr ibn Qays narrated to us, from a man from the people of Medina, from Abdullah ibn Ja'far, that a man complained [of illness], so he said: "Prompt him [to say]: 'There is no god but Allah' (La ilaha illa Allah), for whoever has it as his final speech shall enter Paradise."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال نا محمد بن بشر عن عبد الله بن الوليد قال حدثنا النضر بن قيس عن رجل من أهل المدينة عن عبد الله بن جعفر أن رجلا اشتكى فقال لقنوه لا إله إلا الله فإنها من كانت آخر كلامه دخل الجنة
