Hadith 6:736
Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Masruq, from Talha al-Yami, who said: It used to be said: There are two commanders who are not commanders: the funeral [is a commander] over those who follow it, and the woman who has a need [is a commander] over her companions if she menstruates.
