Hadith 6:743
Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Layth, from Talha, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: There are two commanders who are not commanders: A man who prays over a funeral; he does not have the right to leave except with the permission of its (the deceased's) family. And a woman who is with a group of people, and she menstruates before she performs the circumambulation (Tawaf) of the House on the Day of Sacrifice (Yawm al-Nahr); they do not have the right to depart except with her permission.
حدثنا بن إدريس عن ليث عن طلحة عن أبي حازم عن أبي هريرة قال أميران وليسا باميرين ( ( ( بآمرين ) ) ) الرجل يصلي على الجنازة ليس له أن يرجع إلا بإذن أهلها والمرأة تكون مع القوم فتحيض قبل أن تطوف بالبيت يوم النحر ليس لهم أن ينفروا إلا بإذنها
