Hadith 6:803
Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from al-‘Ala’ ibn al-Musayyib, from his father, who said: The miscarried fetus is not prayed over, and it does not inherit.
حدثنا بن فضيل عن العلاء بن المسيب عن أبيه قال لا يصلي على السقط ولا يورث
