Hadith 6:817
Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Hisham, from Qatadah, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja'd, from Ma'dan ibn Abi Talhah al-Ya'mari, from Thawban, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever follows a funeral procession, for him is a qirat. And whoever follows it until it is buried, for him are two qirats." They said: "And like what is the qirat, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The smaller of the two is like Uhud."
حدثنا أبو خالد عن هشام عن قتادة عن سالم بن أبي الجعد عن معدان بن أبي طلحة اليعمري عن ثوبان قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من تبع جنازة فله قيراط ومن تبعها حتى تدفن فله قيراطان قالوا ومثل أيش القيراط يا رسول الله قال أصغرهما مثل أحد
