Hadith 6:845
Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Isma'il bin Abi Khalid, from al-Sha'bi, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was washed by Ali, al-Fadl, and Usama. They entered and placed him into his grave. Ali used to say: "My father and mother be sacrificed for you, you were pure in life and in death." He said: And Ibn Abi Maryam narrated to us that Abd al-Rahman bin Awf entered the grave with them. Al-Sha'bi said: And who is more entitled to the deceased than his own family?
حدثنا بن أدريس عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن الشعبي قال غسل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم علي والفضل وأسامة ودخلوا ( ( ( وأدخلوه ) ) ) قبره وجعل على يقول بأبي أنت وأمي طبت حيا وميتا قال وحدثنا بن أبي مرحب أن عبد الرحمن بن عوف دخل معهم القبر قال وقال الشعبي ومن يلي الميت إلا أهله
