Hadith 6:906
Ubayd Allah narrated to us, he said: Isra'il informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from Asim ibn Damrah, he said: Ali used to say when going to sleep, if he slept: "In the name of Allah, and upon the path of Allah, and upon the religion of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace." And he used to say when a man is placed into the grave:
حدثنا عبيد الله قال أخبرنا إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن عاصم بن ضمرة قال كان علي يقول عند المنام إذا نام بسم الله وعلى سبيل الله وعلى ملة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ويقول إذا أدخل الرجل القبر
