Hadith 6:946
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, he said: The grave of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was leveled, and his grave was raised so that it would be known.
