Hadith 8:104
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Al-Muharibi narrated to us, from Layth, from Mujahid, regarding a man who had an oath upon him concerning Hajj, and he had not performed the Hajj of Islam: "He does not have [the right to perform] Hajj [until he fulfills the oath]." He said: "It suffices for both of them. If he is able to do something, then let him perform Hajj."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا المحاربي عن ليث عن مجاهد في رجل كانت عليه يمين في الحج ولم يحج حجة الإسلام فليس له الحج قال يجزئ منهما فإن قدر على شيء فليحج
