Hadith 8:1041

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Nafi’, who said: Whoever stands at ‘Arafah by night before the dawn rises has attained the Hajj. And whoever does not, then he has missed it. So let him perform Tawaf of the House, and let him perform Sa’i between al-Safa and al-Marwah, and let him shave his head, and let him exit [the state of Ihram], and let him perform Hajj from the coming year, and let him offer a sacrificial animal. If he does not find [one], then fasting three days during the Hajj and seven when he returns.
