Hadith 8:1065
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Sa’id narrated to us, from al-Taymi, from Ghunaym bin Qays, he said: I asked Sa’d about the *mut’ah* (temporary marriage) and about combining them (Hajj and ‘Umrah). He said: We did this, and the one who disbelieves in the Lord of the Ka’bah—or he said: disbelieves in the Lord of the Throne—is the one who denies it, meaning Mu’awiyah.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن التيمي عن غنيم بن قيس قال سألت سعدا عن المتعة وعن الجمع بينهما فقال فعلنا هذا وهذا كافر برب الكعبة أو كافر برب العرش يعني معاوية
