Hadith 8:1084
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Bishr bin al-Mufaddal narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman bin Ishaq, from his father, from Abd al-Rahman bin Amr bin Suhayl, who said: I indeed saw Uthman arriving in Mecca, and we were with him. He would not untie a knot therein until he departed; he would do nothing more than circumambulate the House and [walk] between al-Safa and al-Marwa.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا بشر بن المفضل عن عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق عن أبيه عن عبد الرحمن بن عمرو بن سهيل قال لقد رأيت عثمان يقدم مكة ونحن معه فما يحل بها عقدة حتى يخرج ما يزيد على أن يطوف بالبيت وبين الصفا والمروة
