Hadith 8:1107
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sa’id ibn al-Sa’ib, from Muhammad ibn al-Sa’ib, from his father, he said: I saw ‘Umar ibn al-Khattab see a man leading his wife on a camel while she was throwing the pebbles at the Jamrah. He struck her with the whip, disapproving of her riding.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن سعيد بن السائب عن محمد بن السائب عن أبيه قال رأيت عمر بن الخطاب رأى رجلا يقود بامرأته على بعير ترمي الجمرة قال فعلاها بالدرة انكارا لركوبها
