Hadith 8:1160
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Isma'il ibn Muslim, from 'Ata', Ibn Sirin, and al-Hasan; they said: If you fast for the *mut'ah* of Hajj, and then you find [the means] before you have finished your fasting, then offer an expiation. And if you find [the means] after you have finished your fasting, then there is no expiation upon you.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن إسماعيل بن مسلم عن عطاء وبن سيرين والحسن قالوا إذا صمت في متعة الحج ثم وجدت قبل ان تفرغ من صيامك فكفر وإن وجدت وقد فرغت من صيامك فليس عليك كفارة
