Hadith 8:1161
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Hatim ibn Abi Saghir, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, he said: I heard Ibn al-Zubayr saying: "Seven hundred from the Children of Israel used to perform Hajj to this House. They would place their sandals at al-Tan'im and enter barefoot, out of veneration for the House."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو خالد الآحمر عن حاتم بن أبي صغيرة عن بن أبي مليكة قال سمعت بن الزبير يقول لقد كان هذا البيت يحجه سبع مائة من بني إسرائيل يضعون نعالهم بالتنعيم ويدخلون حفاة تعظيما للبيت
