Hadith 8:1224
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from al-Zuhri, who said: Whoever is prevented by war shall slaughter [his sacrifice] from where he is prevented, and he shall become lawful regarding women and everything, just as the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن محمد بن إسحاق عن الزهري قال من أحصر بالحرب نحر من حيث حبس وحل من النساء ومن كل شيء كما صنع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
