Hadith 8:1238
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Dinar, from 'Amr ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Safwan, from Yazid ibn Shayban, who said: We were standing in a place far away, distancing it from the station (Mawqif). Then Ibn Mirba' came to us and said: "I am the messenger of the Messenger of Allah to you. He says: 'Remain at your ritual sites (Mashair), for you are today upon an inheritance from the inheritance of Ibrahim.'"
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن عمرو بن دينار عن عمرو بن عبد الله بن صفوان عن يزيد بن شيبان قال كنا وقوفا في مكان بعيد يباعده من الموقف فأتانا بن مريع فقال إني رسول رسول الله إليكم يقول كونوا على مشاعركم فإنكم اليوم على إرث من إرث إبراهيم
