Hadith 8:129
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik, from Ata, who said: There is no harm in the one in Ihram using the miswak.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا بن نمير عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال لا بأس أن يستاك المحرم
