Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 8:1338

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn ‘Ajlan, from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, who said: I saw my father go up to Ibn al-Zubayr at ‘Arafah while he was on the pulpit. When Ibn al-Zubayr descended, I said to my father: "What did you say to him?" He said: "I said to him: 'I heard ‘Umar reciting the Talbiyah here on the pulpit.'"
