Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 8:1360

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, he said: And Asbat ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Ibn Sirin, he said: Ibn Umar used to refrain from the Talbiyah during Hajj when he entered the Sacred Precinct (Haram). And when he performed Tawaf around the House (the Kaaba), he would recite the Talbiyah.
