Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Bishr, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, that he said: The Mu’tamir (the one performing Umrah) refrains from the Talbiyah when he touches the Black Stone. And the Hajj (the one performing Hajj) refrains from the Talbiyah when he throws the Jamrah.
