Hadith 8:1430
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Ata, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) appointed Dhu al-Hulayfah for the people of Medina, and al-Juhfah for the people of Syria. And for the people of Yemen, Yalamlam and Tihamah, and for the people of Najd, Qarn, and for the people of Iraq, Dhat 'Irq.
