Hadith 8:1446
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya bin Abd al-Malik bin Abi Ghaniyah narrated to us, from his father, from al-Hakam, he said: If a man sets out for Makkah, then it occurs to him to return, he may return as long as he has not entered into the state of ihram for Hajj.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا يحيى بن عبد الملك بن أبي غنية ( ( ( الأقلح ) ) ) عن ( ( ( فتزوجت ) ) ) أبيه ( ( ( فجاء ) ) ) عن الحكم ( ( ( فأخذ ) ) ) قال ( ( ( ابنه ) ) ) إذا ( ( ( فأدركته ) ) ) خرج ( ( ( الشموس ) ) ) الرجل ( ( ( ابنة ) ) ) إلى مكة ثم بدا له أن يرجع رجع ما لم يهل بالحج
