Hadith 8:1450
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam, regarding a man who teaches a man the Talbiyah while he is in a state of Ihram (halal): He said, "There is no harm in it."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا بن مهدي عن شعبة عن الحكم في الرجل يعلم الرجل التلبية وهو حلال قال لا بأس به
