Hadith 8:1476
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Abdullah, from Nafi’, from Ibn Umar: That he used to assign the stoning of the Jamarat in turns among the camel herders. He would command those who were with him, so they would stone when the sun passed its zenith, then they would go to the camels. Then those who were with the camels would come and stone, and they would remain until they stoned them the next day when the sun passed its zenith.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا بن نمير عن عبد الله عن نافع عن بن عمر أنه كان يجعل رمي الجمار نوايب بين رعاء الإبل يأمر الذي عنده فيرمون إذا زالت الشمس ثم يذهبون إلى الإبل ويأتي الذين في الإبل فيرمون ثم يمكثون حتى يرمونها من الغد إذا زالت الشمس
