Hadith 8:1497
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Ali ibn Abi al-Abbas, from Abu al-Tufayl, from Ibn Abbas, who said: We used to call Zamzam "Shaba'ah" (the Satisfier), and we used to claim that it was an excellent aid for the family.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن العلي بن أبي العباس عن أبي الطفيل عن بن عباس قال كنا نسمي زمزم شباعة ونزعم أنها نعم العون على العيال
