Hadith 8:1503
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Yunus, who said: I set out to perform ‘Umrah in Rajab, and I intended to enter into the state of ihram for ‘Umrah, but I entered into the state of ihram for Hajj. So I asked Sa’id ibn Jubayr about that, and he laughed and said: "There is nothing upon you." And al-Hasan said the same as the statement of Sa’id ibn Jubayr.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس قال انطلقت معتمرا في رجب فأردت أن أهل بعمرة فأهللت بالحج فسألت سعيد بن جبير عن ذلك فضحك وقال لا شيء عليك وقال الحسن مثل قول سعيد بن جبير
