Hadith 8:1504
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from 'Ata, regarding a man who intended 'Umrah, then entered into the state of Ihram for Hajj. He said: It is not Hajj. He said: Hajj is not obligatory upon him.
