Hadith 8:1516
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, from Habib al-Mu'allim, from Ata', that he was asked about the symbols of Allah (sha'a'ir Allah). He said: "The sacred things of Allah (hurumat Allah) are avoiding the wrath of Allah and following His obedience; that is from the symbols of Allah."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبد الوهاب عن حبيب المعلم عن عطاء أنه سئل عن شعائر الله فقال حرمات الله اجتناب سخط الله وإتباع طاعته فذلك من شعائر الله
