Hadith 8:1567
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, that Dawud ibn Abi 'Isam arrived and left out [the sa'i between] al-Safa and al-Marwa. 'Ata' said: "He must slaughter an animal [as an expiation]." Tawus said: "He should enter [the state of ihram] as a performer of 'Umrah."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عبد السلام عن يحيى بن سعيد أن داود بن أبي عصام قدم فترك الصفا والمروة فقال عطاء أهرق دما وقال طاوس أدخل معتمرا
