Hadith 8:1636
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, that he was asked about the *Ta'rif* (gathering at Arafat on the day of Tarwiyah), and he said: "The *Ta'rif* is only in Makkah."
