Hadith 8:169
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Samad ibn Abd al-Warith narrated to us, from Hammad ibn Salamah, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, he said: Whoever remains in Mina on the day of the first departure (al-nafr al-awwal) while he intended to depart on that day, he shall not depart until the next day.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن حماد بن سلمة عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال من أمسى بمنى يوم النفر الأول وهو يريد النفر في ذلك اليوم لا ينفر حتى الغد
