Hadith 8:1715
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, who said: I asked Hammad, Mansur, and Sulayman about a man who performs Tawaf around the House (the Kaaba) without being in a state of purity, and they saw no harm in it.
