Hadith 8:179
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ali bin Mushir narrated to us, from Abd al-Malik bin Abi Sulayman, he said: I saw Sa'id bin Jubayr circumambulating the House (the Ka'bah), speaking to his companions and issuing legal rulings (fatwas).
