Hadith 8:181
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: 'A'idh ibn Habib narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Tawus, who said: When Abu Musa and 'Amr ibn al-'As separated from the arbitration, Abu Musa arrived to perform 'Umrah. I was circumambulating the House with him when a man approached him and said: "O Abu Musa, is this the tribulation (fitna) that used to be mentioned?" He said: "This is nothing but one of the menstrual cycles of the tribulations."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال ثنا عائذ بن حبيب عن يحيى بن سعيد عن أبي الزبير عن طاوس قال لما تفرق أبو موسى وعمرو بن العاص عن الحكومة قدم أبو موسى معتمرا فكنت أطوف أنا وهو بالبيت إذ عرض له رجل فقال يا أبا موسى هذه الفتنة التي كانت تذكر قال ما هذه إلا حيضة من حيضات الفتن
