Hadith 8:1828
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that Umar ibn al-Khattab did not see any harm in the meat of a bird if it was hunted by someone else, meaning while in the state of Ihram.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عباد عن يونس عن الحسن أن عمر بن الخطاب كان لا يرى بأسا بلحم الطير إذا صيد لغيره يعني في الإحرام
