Hadith 8:1831
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abbad bin al-Awwam narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, and [from] Abd al-Malik, from Ata’, that they both used to see no harm in a person in the state of ihram eating what a person not in the state of ihram has caught, if he did not hunt it for his sake or with his instrument.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن يونس عن الحسن وعبد الملك عن عطاء أنهما لم يكونا يريان بأسا بأكل المحرم ما أصاب الحلال إذا كان لم يصده من أجله أو بالالة
