Hadith 8:1835
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Habib, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, who said: Al-Sa'b ibn Juthama gifted a wild donkey to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while he was in the state of ihram. He returned it to him and said: "Were it not that we are in the state of ihram, we would have accepted it from you."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن حبيب عن سعيد بن جبير عن بن عباس قال أهدى الصعب بن جثامة إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم حمار وحش وهو محرم فرده عليه وقال لولا أنا محرمون لقبلناه منك
