Hadith 8:1886
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs bin Ghiyath narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from al-Hakam and Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: And I asked 'Ata', and he said: "There is no harm in the *muhrim* (pilgrim in the state of ihram) slaughtering that which is not game."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن أشعث عن الحكم وحماد عن إبراهيم قال وسألت عطاء فقال لا بأس أن يذبح المحرم ما ليس بصيد
