Hadith 8:1898
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Khalid narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, who said: I said to Nafi’, "When did Ibn Umar used to depart?" He said: "His messenger would be with the Imam, so when he (the Imam) departed, he would hasten or delay." He said: "And he would not leave until he had performed seven circuits (Tawaf). And he liked not to pray the Dhuhr prayer except in Mina." He said: "And the Imam delayed one day, so he prayed before reaching Mina."
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا أبو خالد عن بن جريج قال قلت لنافع متى كان بن عمر يروح قال رسوله عند الإمام فإذا راح عجل أو أخر قال وكان لا يخرج حتى يطوف سبعا وكان يحب أن لا يصلي الظهر إلا بمنى قال واخر الإمام يوما فصلى دون منى
