Hadith 8:1918
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, who said: I saw Ibn ‘Umar and Abu Hurayrah, when they touched the corner—meaning the Black Stone—they would kiss their hands. I said to ‘Ata’: “And Ibn ‘Abbas?” He said: “And Ibn ‘Abbas,” I think he said it many times. ‘Ata’ said: “I do not touch the corner if I do not kiss my hand.” ‘Amr ibn Dinar said: “It is rudeness to touch the corner and not kiss one’s hand.”
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا بن إدريس عن بن جريج عن عطاء قال رأيت بن عمر وأبا هريرة إذا استلموا الركن يعني الحجر قبلوا أيديهم قال قلت لعطاء وبن عباس قال وبن عباس حسبت كثيرا قال وقال عطاء لم أمسح الركن ان لم اقبل يدي قال وقال عمرو بن دينار الجفا من مسح الركن ولم يقبل يده
