Hadith 8:195
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mahdi narrated to us, from Shayban, from Jabir, from al-Sha’bi and ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad; they both said: "Upon him is blood [a penalty/sacrifice]."
