Hadith 8:1966
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, he said: Ibrahim ibn Nafi’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, he said: There is no harm in the Muhrim (a person in the state of Ihram) smelling sweet-smelling herbs (Rayhan).
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا يحيى بن أبي بكير قال حدثنا إبراهيم بن نافع عن بن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد قال لا بأس أن يشم المحرم الريحان
