Hadith 8:1968
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Jabir, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Aswad, from his father, who said: There is no harm in the Muhrim (a person in the state of Ihram) smelling the fragrance of the plants of the earth.
حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عبد الرحمن بن الأسود عن أبيه قال لا بأس أن يشم المحرم طيب نبات الأرض
